I an running windows 7, home premium, and jaws 12, latest update. I keep getting a message that new updates are available, click to install. So I do, and no matter how long I wait, I check, and it says downloading updates, zero percent complete. I only want critical updates installed, and apparently there are some, but they will not download. what to do?
