Hello all. I have a home network set up with a 2 wire gateway modem. It is att uverse. My wife's xp machine and my win 7 netbook hook up to it fine. My win vista laptop however can only connect to it locally. It does not go on the internet. I did some research on this and it said something about not assigning an ip address to it. I even look on the router page and see it there. I am baffled any ideas on what I can do to let it on the network for internet?
