I don't know about the others but add a ware is a very good spyware removal
program. You can find info on it at www.jfwlite.com They also have jfw
scripts for it. If you do use it however with another program that uses
real
time protection you must turn off real time protection in add a ware. Bad
things could happen if both programs find something and try to quarantine
it
at the same time.

these are launchy and what sounds like speccky
