Hello there; Here's an answer to one of your questions; Finally, Some addresses or contacts aren't showing up when I start writing them, while others autocomplete if this happens, press ctrl+k, this will bring up a list, now arrow and enter on the contact which you wish to use.
As for having one list, if you imported all contacts to your contacts list, they would be in one list. I'm assuming you have csv files for each of your contact lists?
