Good morning all; I'm writing this unbehalf of a client. Client called me, and said each time she opens her MSOutlook2007, it she gets asked, if she wants to open outlook in safe mode. When she says okay, Outlook will still not open. Does this mean, that the pst file is corrupted? Or, could the size of the pst be an issue?
Should I be running the scanpst.exe to do a repair? Another thought I had was, copying the current pst file to her documents, And creating a new profile, and if she then was able to have outlook open normally, then import the data from the other pst file?
