Hi Cliff, It wasn't the server I needed to know, it is the e-mail client, which I found by looking at the properties of your message. Your e-mail client is Outlook Express.
In Outlook Express, do the following: 1. Press alt + T, for the tools menu, and then the letter O, for options. 2. You will be on the general tab, so just tab until you come to: Send and receive messages at startup checkbox, make sure this is checked, if not, press the spacebar to check it. 3. Now, tab once to: Check for new messages every edit spin box and use the up and down arrow keys to change the number to the one you want. 4. Tab to okay, and press spacebar to accept the changes, and close the dialogue. You are done.
