Hi Yvonne,

I came across this link that I had saved.  When you click on it, at least it 
did for me, it is a direct download link.  I believe this link is for Adobe 
version 9.3.  After you get it downloaded & installed you can then update it 
if you wish.

  Unless you need to download the Adobe program onto your system,  I
  believe this is the easier way to go.
  I am using Jaws 8 with Windows XP Home SP3, and it downloads and installs
  without any issues. :)
