Hello there;

these steps should take care of your addressbook contacts.

To export Outlook Express address book to a comma separated value (csv)
file.
open Outlook express,

1. Go to the file menu with alt+f.

2. Press the letter E=export.

3, Press enter on address book.

4, An export tool dialog will begin, you will have a list-view with text
file
(comma separated value) in the list. Press space bar to select it.

5, Tab to export-button and press enter.

6, Your being asked what you want to save the exported file as, type in a
file name with an extension of csv, for example; addressbook.csv
Tab and hit enter on next button.
You will be in an csv export dialog where it wants to know what fields you
want.
They will all already be selected, so just tab to the finish button and hit
enter.
It will tell you it has been exported, hit enter on okay.
Hit enter on the close button.

now, your addressbook will be saved in your documents.

you now need to import your contacts into MSOutlook2007.

if you need more help please let me no.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Outlook Express & Address Book

  Hi All,

I have not done this in several years. How do you back up the address
book for Outlook Express on a windows XP machine? Then I have to transfer
the address book to a windows 7 machine running outlook. Using JAWS.
Thanks in advance for your help!
