many thanks for your kind information. i have uninstalled avast from add
remove program and also deleted it from programs file. but it is still in
the system tray. now how to remove it from system tray?

Two methods are available.
One:
go to:
1. control panel
2. add, remove programms.
3. search avast.
4. press uninstall.
5. Select uninstall from the list.
6. Press next.
7. Press a space bar.
8. Reboot, if prompted.
9. If it does not removes it, use avast remover from theyr website.
Tipp:
Try to block the shields first, before you remove avast.
