Hi Bob,

In most cases, if you haven't changed the router Username and password
yourself, or had anyone do it for you, the router username and password does
not change.

I have discovered that the username for the router log in is admin, and the
password is simply password.

This is the one username and password Netgear uses for all of their devices,
so try logging into the router with those.

If someone has changed the username and password on you, you'll have to
reset the router to it's factory defaults. The following page should have
the information you need on how to accomplish this. Just remember to reset
your username and passwords, especially the wireless passwords after you
reset the router's settings. Make sure to make it something you'll
remember, or put it on another device, like, say, you're iPhone. LOL.

Anyway, once you've gotten the password for the wireless protocols, just go
into settings on your iPhone, and, under wireless at the top, just under
airplane mode, double tap it, make sure wireless is turned on, and look for
your network and double tap it. You'll be prompted to type in your wireless
access password, and you're done after you double tap the ok button.

If you have any trouble with the process, let me know and I can give you a
call and talk you through it, or you can give me a call, and we can talk you
through the whole process.

Oh yeah, here's the page on how to reset your Netgear device back to it's
factory defaults:

Hope this helps.
