You might already have IE9. In IE9 ctrl+g is the keystroke for RSS.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Problem With IE 8 Feed Reader
Hi listers. My IE 8 RSS feed reader was working fine until yesterday when
my techie friend performed some preventive maintenace and diagnostic
testing on my computer. Now, when I invoke the Feeds list in IE8 with
Control-J and hit enter on any feed, instead of going to the web page
containing the feed content, the file download dialog is invoked. So for
instance, if I hit enter on the feed labeled "blind planet aggregator", I
hear "file download...do you want to open this file?", instead of going to
the blind planet aggregator page to read the latest content. He did not
make any changes to IE, but did run Wise Registry Cleaner. What's going
on here, and how do I fix it? I am running JAWS 9 with XP Pro, and until
yesterday, my IE 8 feed reader has worked flawlessly.
Gerald
