Hi Anna, 1. The 50.6 is faster. 2. The speed is controlled by your service, how many people that might be using the line at the moment, & no one could guess on the other variables that might involved in slowing your connection speed down.
3. Your provider could run a new line & install new connectors are the only 2 things that I can think of to improve your speed. I don't know of anything personally, that you can do to help your situation. I am only speaking of personal experiences that I've had and what was done to help my connection speed problems. Hopefully someone with more experience & knowledge will reply with better information. Take care.
