Hi Anna,

Is this happening every time you send an email, or is it once in awhile, or
hardly ever? I tried Googling your error message & I got different
responses according to peoples different experiences with receiving this
error message, but nothing definite. Meaning that I couldn't find any 1
thing that was causing this error message. I know this doesn't help, but
hopefully someone with more experience / knowledge will jump in with a more
definite answer. I spent about an hour checking this out since your first
post, but was hoping to come up with better results. Take care.
Mike

Hi,
this sometimes happens if the original message you answer to is in another
script or has some special symbols; there are two options then - send as
unicode or send as is; I would recommend sending as unicode as it's better
than the other option as it tends to keep those special signs; I haven't had
this for some time but IIRC the other option would convert those signs into
question marks or similar.
