Hi Mike,
I do have the box checked and still don't hear the sound. It worked
fine in Outlook Express. I guess I'll just wait and see if it happens to
start working. At least it does maximize the window.
Thank you for the help.
Allen

Outlook2003
Hi Allen,
Try the following;
1. Open your system tray.
2. Arrow down to Autosizer & press enter.
3. Arrow down to options & press enter.
4. Tab to the , Play the default system sound after a window is AutoSized
checkbox, if this box is unchecked, press the spacebar to check it.
5. Tab to okay & press enter.
Even with this box checked, this sound won't play sometimes. I've had this
box checked for a long time, & the sound hasn't played yet!
Hope this helps. Take care.
Mike

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Using Auto Sizers default sound with Outlook
2003
Hello,
I am using Outlook 2003 and FS says that JAWS works better with the
e-mail maximized. I am using Auto Sizer and have the play default sound
checked. My wife says the window is maximized, but the sound will not
play.
While I was using Outlook Express, the sound played. I did download Auto
Sizer from the JAWS Users sight.
I am using JAWS 12.0.1170, Windows XP Home, SP 3.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
Thanks,
Allen
