Hi Yvonne, I am using Office 2000, but I suspect the location for 2003 will be the same. The dictionary file can be found in the following location:
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Proof The file is a simple text file, and should open in Notepad, where you can edit it.
