Alt + V to invoke view menu, arrow down to sort by submenu, right arrow to
invoke it, arrow up to and make sure ascending and name are checked, and hit
enter on them to toggle their states.

Hi All,
I am running windows 7, home premium, jaws 12, latest update on a 64 bit
machine. When I opened up my documents today, they were in reverse order
with the A's at the bottom and Z's on top. how do I get them to right
