Hi Arianna, First, I need to point out I don't run Windows Mail but, this is a thought. If Windows Mail has a Send tab in Tools / Options, see if there is the option, Automatically complete e-mail addresses when composing, and make sure that this box is checked. Hope this helps. Take care. Mike
