Hello Karen; If you have your CSVFile created;
Try the following; 1. Start Outlook 2010. 2. Choose the File menu. You can do this by pressing alt+f. 3. Choose Open, and then click Import. The Import and Export Wizard opens. To get to open, just down arrow until you hear open tab and press enter. Now, down arrow and enter on import. 4. Choose Import from another program or file, and then press tab-key and enter on Next. 5. Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows), and then tab and enter on Next. 6. Choose Browse, locate the CSVFile that you want to import, and then click OK. 7. Choose Next press enter. 8. Choose Finish to import the CSVFile. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of karen schrade Sent: Monday, September 12, 2011 3:20 PM To: blind computing Subject: [Blind-Computing] now, import the addressbook Okay, I've saved my outlook express addressbook as a csv file. Can I just copy that to my flash drive and then what? As I'd said, i didn't find an import or export button in outlook 2010. It might be there but I'm not sure where to look.
