Weather Signature must be purchased. There is a discount when you email 3
other people about Weather Signature.
There is a registration, I think, the process went so fast. No membership
is required though. While installing it, you can uncheck further email
offers from the site.

however there are 3 stages i am not sure about
1 buy this is i presume the option to purchase the program

I am totally blind and I tried to use the settings area and had no
luck. My wife has some useable sight, had set the weather signature after I
purchased it. Do you have some useable sight? If not, you may have to get
someone with sight to help.

I am trying out the OCR in JAWS 13. I have a DVD that the OCR has
recognized, it won't open with VLC, it opens with WMP. Does anyone know of
a free MPG-2 decoder that will allow me to play DVD's with WMP 11, as WMP
won't allow the DVD to play without one.
I would appreciate all help.
