Mark, Have you tried exiting JAWS 13 and use previous version to see if you still have issues?

I went to check my font and found that times new roman was not an option in MS Word. This is the program I have been using all along. Then when I went to change a section that the university specifically wants italicized the only option it offers is italic bolted. How do I get back to times new roman and standard italic?
