    Hello Mike;

    Try the following;

    To restore the Windows XP Zip file integration quickly,
  type this command
    from  Run dialog:

    REGSVR32 ZIPFLDR.DLL

    Hope this helps.

      Hi Jerry;

      Thank you very much for your reply but nope, that
  doesn't work either. I
      just re-imaged this drive yesterday so, I wonder just
  what could have
      possibly could have gone wrong. Oh well, computers! If
  it isn't 1
  thing,
      it's another!  hahaha hahaha hahaha

      Thanks again, take care.
      Mike

        Mike:

        I cannot remember about XP, but I am using Vista with
  JAWS 11 and I
  hold
        down the Shift key and press F10 after I have selected
  the particular
    file
        to unzip. The Extract all feature is there.

        Hope this helps.  Jerry
