I also got the other problem fixed. Now my name will show up in the display
when people get emails from me. There was a setting my nephew had to change.
Now all I need to learn about is message rules and I'm all set.

Oops, and I really thought you were using the older version that has no
ribbon yet so I went according to that; LOL! But good that you've found the

Hi, everyone,
I think I’m finally getting the hang of using the ribbon now. I’m sorry for
being impatient.
Thank you all for being helpful. My nephew’s coming over to help me take
care of a minor problem. What happened was he didn’t add my name in the
display field because he thought verizon wouldn’t accept windows live mail
and that I’d probably have to change my email address. I didn’t really want
to do that because everybody has this address.
