Hello there; I remember someone telling me the steps a long time ago, so I'll take a stab at trying to help.
1, log-in to the Hotmail account, And click on the mail So your looking at the inbox mail. 2, you now need to, Create new folder; And you would click on; put in folder option 3. Hotmail should ask you to name the folder, So type in the name and then click okay; You now should see your newly created folder, Next step is now to create the filter, I believe you would click on, Options, and then, you would click on custom filters, Now I believe you will need to choose the criteria and you then should be done.
