Hi Mark, I wonder if there is some kind of setting under windows that would allow it only to send the appropriate amount of data to deal with buffering. what is weird is that if I turn off the printer then back on again, it starts printing somewhere else in the document. thanks rick

However, it seems to me that it might be an issue of buffering. The first 11 pages you mentioned are all that the buffer in the versa point could hold. Then everything after that gets dumped. If this is the case, you would need to find a buffering device to put between the versa point and the print server. On the other hand, your print server may have built in buffering that you could change the settings on to give you more buffering. Just my thoughts. God bless, Mark God Loves you!
