Dear Miss Julie,
do you have any other ocr software installed on your system? If you
still have office 2k3, it should come with Document Imaging. If you
have some other ocr you can use, I would suggest trying this to see
if it will work with your scanner and drivers. I have the same or a
very similar model of epson scanner and do not have any problems with
it but I just use Finereader and win xp.

pages are blank. It states that the image is being prepared but then
it states that the page is blank. any help would be appreciated. I
have also checked the scanner selection and have chosen the unknown
twain 1670 and have clicked okay.
