I did that too but I now use humanware companion which is free and it automatically copies after the zip and when you open the site it is there ready to download!
No problems

Do you use the humanware copying or do you extract yourself?

I have the office 2003 suite, plus windows XP.

Whenever I copy a digital book from "My Documents" to my cartridge, I always get two copies.

I have no way of forseeing this, that I know of, so I know I'm not using my cartridge to it's full 90 hour potential.

How can I cut those automatic two copies down to one.

I've also had this happen when I transfer the file itself, as well.
