Hi Janie, As I stated in my first post, when I press the application / context menu key, shift + F10, right mouse click Alt + F for the file menu or any other keystroke that might bring up properties, a send to option, or a shortcut option does nothing! What I mean to say all the above keystrokes don't do anything when I invoke them, i.e, Jaws says nothing, I get nothing! Are these keystrokes supposed to work in the Start Menu? If not, other than changing display settings, which I have tried, what can I do to get these keystrokes to work? Thanks much, take care. Mike
