Sure thing.
It's something I had to learn when I took the job of writing prayer requests and emailing them out for my church. I told them that I would take the ministry, but that I would need to upgrade to a full form of my speech program jaws, and that I needed a smell checker because I couldn't spell to save my life. One of the men on the board, a banker said, well, I think we should buy this for you. I laughed at them and said, no you don't. You don't realize how much jaws is going to cost, why don't you just buy the word program for me and that will be plenty. When in outlook express, and in a message body which you are composing, you just hit f7 to spell check. I think that's right, it's either f5 or f7, but I think f5 is check for messages, while f7 is the spellcheck command once you have word installed, it just uses words capabilities. Of course, I'm out-dated with windows xp, and all, so I don't know what you have going on there.

 Hi
Although note pad does not have a spell checker, You might
 enjoy a
third party program called Tiny Spell. I use it system wide. It
 might not
give one perfect grammar but it keeps people from having to guess
 about some
of the miss spelled words I write.

 God bless,
 Mark

 Hi All,

Is there a way to turn on the spellchecker in Notepad? If so,
 how would I
do it? All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much, take
 care.
 Mike
