[Blind-Computing] How would I blck an Email sender?

Hello listers! I am receiving Emails from an unknown recipient and I don't want 
to open it because it does not have a subject or of who it is from. I just 
delete it when I get it but, I am getting tire of having them so, I want to 
know if there is a way to block it without opening it. Thanks to you all.
