David, thanks for the link for the nk2 help. I'll check it out. I was hoping to get outlook to work without any additions!
Al, control 3 does get me to the list of contacts. first i hear the heading titles, i. e. name, company name, etc. then, i down arrow and get to the names from my addressbook in OE. I have automatic name checking checked and also the auto complete in to, bcc, and cc. wonder of wonders! i just went and tried sending myself a message and the address completed itself. maybe i said "the magic words"! my daughter suggested doing the control k thing but i am so used to just typing two letters and having the address pop into the field that it would take some getting used to. thanks, maybe this will keep working even though i don't know what i did! karen For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
