Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] Finding Dish Network channels, from Mark

I did this a long time ago, but somewhere on that mess of links should
be a place to put in your zip code and what area of dish you're in. Once
you do that you'll get the right channels for your area.
If you wish, I could send you the page I have saved in my favorites so
you can get an idea of what it's like.

Hi
I have been frustrating trying to find out which station is on what
channel on dish network. Ideally, one would go to the dishnetwork website
and get all the information. However, all I can find is information for
other regions. Well, I started wondering if there isn't some way to simply
use the computer to see what channel the satellite receiver is on? I have
never heard of such an interface, but it would appear to be a logical
device
for someone to make. Does anyone know where to buy such an interface?
