Hello there;

Try the following;

1. go to desktop,
And first press ctrl+spacebar, or, press the f5-key, to unselect any icon.

2, press the applications key, and down arrow until you hear/see;
Graphics options sub-menu,
Here you can either press enter, or, right arrow to open.

3. now, down arrow until you hear;
Rotation sub menu,
Again, you can either press enter or, right arrow to open.
Here you want to make sure that,
Normal is checked.

Once you have done this,
You can turn off the hot keys, which will stop you from pressing, keys which
will put your screen in the wrong position.

1, desktop, again, ctrl+spacebar, or the f5 key, to unselect all icons,

2. press applications key,
Down arrow until you hear;
Graphics options sub menu.
Again, either enter or, right arrow to open.

3, this time down arrow to;
Hotkeys sub menu, enter or right arrow to open,
Now down arrow and enter on,
Disable.

Hope this helps.
