Hi Mike. There are so many functions that I can't even begin to describe them: heck, I can't even begin to use most of them yet.
They include gui functions to create, display or update windows on the screen. They have a multitude of math and string functions. I'll post something from the autoit3 website. Hoping this will answer your question. AutoIt v3 is a freeware BASIC-like scripting language designed for automating the Windows GUI and general scripting. It uses a combination of simulated keystrokes, mouse movement and window/control manipulation in order to automate tasks in a way not possible or reliable with other languages.
