Someone set my computer up for me. I'm using windows 7 now and windows live
mail as my email program.

When you set your computer up did you or someone set it up for you to go
into your outlook express?

I just tried to get into verizon's site and apparently it's very busy.
Their site's kind of hard to navigate so I wonder if there's an easier way
to get around the site.

Just while you are inside of your in box a shift tab then hit the letter s
until you get to spamthen hit the tab kekey to get into that folder.
