If I might offer a suggestion:
If you wish to save two or more messages from a single individual, Do the
following, to keep them in running order.
1. Save your first message to the clipboard, using the control+S keystroke.
2. For the second, andor more messages, same sender, use the Append command,
windows key+C. This way, you'll have a running file of messages from one
sender that will always be in running order.
I use this technique and it works nicely.

Hello there;
Yes, so, if you wish to save your folder messages, and have access to
them,
You may want to create a folder within my documents, and then,
You can save messages,
So with the new folder created,
Go into outlook, and in to the folder which you want to save messages,
Either select all, or, some,
Copy to clipboard,
And move into the newly created folder in my documents.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] saving email folders
Hi,
I am currently looking through this right now and seeing whaaat I can
figure
out.
My question is after creating tons of folders in outlook 2010 or 2007, is
it
possible to save the folders where you have all the emails in?
So, lets say I have a folder called jaws users and I saved tons of jaws
users emails in the folder and I would like to just save that folder with
all the emails in them instead of one by one. Can this be done?
Thanks.
