although I am not from the U.S. but India, but here is what I would do, I
would call up microsoft support phone help & try activating it thereby.
there also, I would choose to do it the IVR way & not with the help of a
representative. usually this works. but in case it does not. please feel
free to call up & speak to a human on the other end. if you explain them the
situation, they definitely help. I say all this basis my personal
experience.

Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] office activation
Hi,
Apparently the rehab agency who purchased me office home and business 2010
earlier this year was only for a limited amount of installs?
Here's the confusion followed by my question.
I have removed and installed office 2010 numerous times on my hp machine.
Now that my hp machine is on the chopping blocks, I have a new machine. I
am
wanting to install home and business but it says I have used up all of the
keys already.
The confusion is how many installs was I allowed if I uninstalled and
reinstalled it numerous times over the past several months?
Also, my other question is seeing as I am out of "keys" how can I activate
office home and business again? As of this writing, I have 29 days to use
office home and business 2010.
Thanks.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] outlook 2010
Hi,
I will try to explain this the best I can.
When I open up outlook 2010 it says outlook 2010 [email protected].
When I had outlook 2007, after opening up outlook 2007, it did not say my
email address. Why does it do that in outlook 2010?
Thanks.
