I ran that file, and It has a dialog said don't have permition. After I
press ok, the file disappears. I tried many times but it is the same way. I
haven't still install Visualed Studio on my laptop. I will soon try again
after setting up Visual Studio.

Have you installed scripts?
If so, and if using a relevant version of jaws, and VS.Net 2008, when you
start it, and then hit jaws key + number row 0, does it seem like it's
loaded the correct version of the scripts, and if you then hit Ctrl + S to
save/compile them, does it play the correct/contented sound?
After install, a web page should also load/come up with all instructional
material etc. in it.

Visual studio 2008 and earlier works best with external jaws scripts for
it:

Aside from that, apparently, the premium version of 2010 apparently
works alright with jaws 13, but haven't tried that combo as such.
