[Blind-Computing] looking for pdf to word converter

dear all,i can not read any pdf file with my adobe reader. i would be very 
happy if anyone can please help me with a pdf to word converter. i have tried 
several pdf converter from online including one from blind computing jaws 
users. they say they are free, but actually they are not free and so i could 
not use them. wishing you all the best.
