Hello there,
Go to Start Menu, write background on search box, use arrow to change desktop background, press enter. Then go to "brouse" and choose location to your picture. After that, tab to photo list view, choose the picture you added and press save changes.
Hope this help,
Nam

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Having Photo On Desktop

I have a photo of a Christmas tree that I would like to make my desktop
background. I am using Windows 7 64 bit machine. Could someone please tell
me how to do this?

Thanks,
Donnie
