Operating system?
Under something like windows XP, under what's generally your users and
settings folder in the root of your C dirve, you'll find eith3er user name
folders, and under there a start menu folder, with programs, and startup
folder under it, or in windows7, thinkit's generally the users root folder,
with similar folder/file paths under it, and if you place a shortcut in the
startup subfolder, then it should try run the software on windows startup.
You could also try doing a search under C drive for startup, and if you find
it, invoke context menu, and arrow up to, and hit enter on open in new
window, or something like that, and then work from there.
Stay well

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Putting a program in the startup menu?
Hello Listers,
I need to put a program in the startup menu so the program will start when
the computer starts. The problem is, I don't know how to do it. I've
tried
appending the program to the startup menu, but that doesn't put the
program
in the startup menu. In order for the program to start when the computer
starts it has to be in, the startup menu.
So, please will someone tell me in detail how to put a program in the
startup menu. Appending it to the startup menu just isn't working .
I remember putting a program in the startup menu a long time ago using
windows explorer. But now I forgot how I did it.
Thanks! For your help.
