someone a text message but I forgot how to do it.

I recall a while back there was a way to send text messages from ones
computer to peoples cell phones. Unfortunately I don't have that E-Mail and
an internet search proved rather unsuccessful. So, I was wondering if anyone
recalls how to text a person from the computer.
