David It's a tool to make a usb install of Windows 7 possible. However it will only work on computers that allow you to boot from a usb drive.
The software is free and by Microsoft and you download the tool from their site. Basically you put your Windows 7 DVD into the drive and then run the tool, it will look at your dvd and then make a bootable copy on to your usb flash drive. The usb flash drive (pen, dongle) has to be at leat 4gb.
