That's weird as at least the "from" item is normally available on default.
So go to the view submenu, in that find the item "columns" and make sure the
"from" and "to" columns are checked, if not just check them and tab to OK
and confirm the settings.

Do you mean not only "from" and "to" but also CC and BCC in messages? When
you go through those items there is a button "show CC and BCC" so press
space on it; or in the view submenu find the item "CC and BCC" and press
enter on it to check it.

When using OE I can shift downarrow threw the list of messages. I can see
all the headders such as unread from Michael etc. How can I do the same
in
WLM 2009? When I shift downarrow all I get is the name michael etc.
Running windows 7 64 bit jaws 11. Any help plese?
