Like security or something? Do you hear a noise when it does that? Look down the page and see if there is a link to click on in case the download does not start. I down loaded the one on the jaws users web site but when I updated it this morning now when I try to access it, it is telling me that the version data base does not support the program version and tells me to down load the latest version but when I go to the web site and enter on down load now it takes me to the CNET website and when I go to enter on the down load link it says thank you but it does not down load any thing.
