Did you put an icon on your desktop if not try that.
I was having the same problems then once I put an icon on my desktop it
worked for me.

I apologize if this has been discussed previously and I somehow missed the

I've installed the latest version of adobe reader; run the accessibility
assistant and unchecked the box enabling enhanced security. After all
that,
I still cannot read a document. Is there something I've missed to make
this
version work? I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
