well just for clarification it wasn't me a friend accidently did it.

If it's gone from the recycle bin too, you should be able to get it back with a recovery utility so long as you haven't written a lot on the disc/drive since then. Not sure what utility is the best for this purpose, but when you delete stuff in windows it's not actually erased, just marked as "free space".

Still, it goes without saying that you should be more careful.
