I often enough do a form of status update using email, and if I email an
attached photo, it gets automatically placed in something like mobile
uploads album, with the subject line of the sending email as the caption,
and from there you can set it as profile picture.

Hi. I did this once long ago, but either I forgot how or they've altered
the way we are to do it.
I cannot figure out how to upload a new pic to use for my profile picture

Facebook. The help section confused me, and following all the links

photos didn't help. I finally did find one area where it said I could
upload photos but only to an album, not to my profile. Even then, still
how
to upload wasn't clear.
Anyone else dealt with uploading pics to Facebook and know how I can place
