Hi, I have a friend who is trying to connect to a Linksys router on her Windows machine. The "connect" option is unavailable. However, my friend's neighbor can connect to the router using the same setup. Does anyone have any ideas? If this helps, she is running JAWS 12. Thanks, Aleeha
