Hi,
We tried what you suggested, and when we type in the address for the router, it says "unable to open the search page" with an OK button.
Thanks,
Aleeha

Hello,

tTo connect to a Link-sys router try the following:

1.) open your browser
2.) control-o to open a url
3.) enter: 192.168.1.1 press enter
4.) type in the username and password you have for the router
5.) you should now be at the admin screen of the linksys router

Subject: [Blind-Computing] questions about connecting to a linksys
routerwith jaws

 Hi,
I have a friend who is trying to connect to a Linksys router on
her Windows machine. The "connect" option is unavailable.
However, my friend's neighbor can connect to the router using the
same setup.
Does anyone have any ideas? If this helps, she is running JAWS
12.
Thanks,
Aleeha
