Please keep in mind that the following is only my opinion.
There in all actuality are very little difference in either or an audio blog
& a podcast. I'd have to say that an audio blog focuses more on 1's self
whilst a podcast focuses more on some other sort of content. They can both
be delivered using 1 web site. However I'd consider using to different RSS
feeds so people can choose which one they take or they can even take both.
Also you can submit only your podcast feed to iTunes if you'd like. I'd also
suggest doing this threw feed burner so that if you have to go back & change
any of this later on it is easier to do rather than having to deal with
iTunes. If I can be of any help in helping you get this all set up if you're

from there.
